Dr. Zakir is a global HR leader with over 25 years of experience, including nearly two decades shaping human capital strategy in Dubai. He has successfully led large-scale HR operations, Talent acquisition and transformation initiatives for the major multinational group and local conglomerates, managing workforces across multiple countries and industries.
A Ph.D. holder with advanced education from globally renowned institutions like the Wharton University of Pennsylvania – USA, The British Psychology Society – UK and IIM.
